Whew, what a ride this year has been so far! 

Cheers to another year of learning & unlearning and continuing the journey of becoming the best version of me I can be. 

Happy Birthday to all my fellow pragmatic, dependable, over thinking, perfect Anxiety disorders are the most common mental health concern in the United States. Studies show that 39% of adults in the U.S. are more anxious today than they were a year ago.

Anxiety is the body’s response to worry and fear and all of us have ✨Reminder✨ Be present. Don’t let this current moment miss you. The past has happened. The future will come. Your time is NOW.

Personally, I had no idea IG, Facebook, or What’s App was down for the day until about 6pm.
